Two Technical Members have been appointed to the National Company Appellate Law Tribunal (NCLAT). They are Indevar Pandey, 1988 batch IAS officer of W Bengal cadre and Jatindranath Swain, former 1988 batch IAS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre.
