The New Delhi establishment on Thursday cleared the empanelment of 55 IRS officers belonging to 1990 and 1991 batch for holding Chief Commissioner (Income Tax) rank post in the Indian Revenue Service, in Level 16 in the Pay Matrix, for the panel year 2024. The list also includes a couple of 1992 batch officers as well.
Out of a total 55 officers 14 are in the ‘extended panel’.
