As many as 16 officers of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of various cadres and batches are retiring in April 2024. The officers are: Liyon Borang of AGMUT cadre; Praveen Kumar Kolaventry of AP; Caramai Kharkongor of Assam Meghalaya; Amir Subhani of Bihar; SK G Rahate, Anjani Kumar Dubey of Jharkhand cadre; Shrikant M Deshpande and V V Mane of Maharashtra; M Yaiskul Meitel of Manipur, Susanta Kumar Dash of Odisha; Amrit Kaur Gill of Punjab; Prakash C Srivastava of UP; Kanwaljeet Singh Cheema, Dr Ajay Bhattacharyya, Ajoy Sanyamath and Gautam Majumdar of West Bengal cadre.
