The names are: A B Venkateswara Rao of Andhra Pradesh; Md Abdullah of Bihar; B P Rajbhanu of Chattisgarh; M A Chavada of Gujarat; Saju Ram Rana of Himachal Pradesh; Suneesh Kumar R, Abdul Rasheed N, Sandeep V M, and Reji Jacob of Kerala cadre; Anuradha Shankar of MP; M S Lohiya of Maharashtra; Meran Jamir of Nagaland; Pranabindu Acharya of Odisha; V K Bhawra, Gurinder Singh Dhillon of Punjab; Ashok Kumar Gupta of Rajasthan cadre; G Ramar of Tamil Nadu; Sandeep Shandilya of Telangana; Vinod Kumar Mishra and Ram Yagya of Uttar Pradesh; Sukhbeer Singh of Uttarakhand and Vivek Sahay of West Bengal cadre.
