Three IPS officers have been given new portfolios in J&K. Altaf Ahmad Khan has been shifted and posted as DIG, IR, Kashmir, while Abdul Qayoom will take over as DIG, Crime, J&K and Javid Iqbal Matoo is now DIG, South Kashmir Range.
