
Air Marshal S P Dharkar has been appointed as the next Vice Chief of Air Staff, succeeding Air Marshal AP Singh, who will take over as the Chief of Air Staff. Dharkar is set to assume his new role after the transition of leadership. Commissioned in June 1985, he is a Qualified Flying Instructor with an impressive record of over 3,600 flying hours. His extensive experience and expertise are expected to play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Indian Air Force.
