NBCC (India) Ltd. has been awarded a significant project to construct permanent office buildings for the Regional Offices (ROs) cum Project Implementation Units (PIUs) of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). Valued at approximately ₹101 crore, this initiative will see the development of offices strategically located in seven states: Bhopal, Madurai, Delhi, Guwahati, Varanasi, Thiruvananthapuram, and Raipur.
The project aims to enhance NHAI’s operational capabilities and improve project implementation across the nation. The scope of work includes the comprehensive construction and development of the seven ROs and PIUs, ensuring adherence to all relevant building bylaws.
NBCC will oversee the complete design and engineering processes, covering civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC works. Additionally, the project will include lab equipment, furniture, and IT networking as applicable. The anticipated timeline for project completion is within 24 months from the commencement date.
