Bibhuti Bhushan, who is currently serving as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Union Minister for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Jitan Ram Manjhi, was prematurely repatriated to his cadre in the Airport Authority of India (AAI) after completing an “extended cooling-off” period.
Bhushan now holds the position of Assistant General Manager (Air Traffic Service) at AAI, where he is responsible for overseeing air traffic management and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. His career progression reflects his expertise and dedication to the aviation sector.
