New Delhi : Vaibhav Saxena, an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the 2016 batch from the Kerala cadre, has been inducted into the National Investigation Agency (NIA) as Superintendent of Police (SP).
According to an official order, Saxena will serve in this role for a period of five years on a deputation basis. His appointment comes as part of routine officer rotations aimed at strengthening the core investigative teams of the NIA.
