Palaniswamy Subramanyan Karthigeyan (IFS: 2004) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Atomic Energy. His appointment is for an overall tenure of three years.
A career diplomat from the Indian Foreign Service, Karthigeyan brings with him extensive experience in international affairs and policy formulation. His new role in the Department of Atomic Energy is expected to contribute significantly to India’s strategic and scientific initiatives in the atomic energy sector.
