New Delhi: Aneesh Hegde (IRTS: 2014) has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister of State for Jal Shakti & Railways, V. Somanna, in the Ministry of Railways.
The appointment has been made for a period of four years, as per the approval of the competent authority.
