New Delhi: Debashree Mukherjee, Secretary in the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs from 29 May 2026 to 7 June 2026.
She will hold the additional responsibility during the leave period of Srinivas Katikithala (IAS: 1989: Gujarat cadre), who is currently serving as Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
Debashree Mukherjee is a 1991 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer and is presently serving as Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. The temporary arrangement has been made to ensure smooth functioning of the Ministry during the absence of Srinivas Katikithala.
