New Delhi, June 24, 2026: At the prestigious Police Expo 2026, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, P.S. Overseas, the Indian representative of Doculus Lumus, Austria, officially launched its advanced Document Security Handy Device for the Indian market.
The innovative handheld device is capable of verifying the authenticity of critical documents—including passports, visas, identity cards, driving licences, signatures, forensic documents, and other security-sensitive records—within just 30 seconds, enabling users to instantly determine whether a document is genuine or counterfeit.
Speaking at the launch, Manoj Singh, CEO of P.S. Overseas, described the technology as a significant advancement for India’s document security and verification ecosystem.

He said,”Doculus Lumus technology is nothing short of a breakthrough for document security in India. The device is already being successfully used in more than 75 countries worldwide. In line with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s ‘Make in India’ vision, we aim to promote the adoption of this technology across India and explore opportunities for its local manufacturing in the future.”
The device is expected to deliver substantial benefits to organizations responsible for border management, law enforcement, and national security, including the Bureau of Immigration, Narcotics Control Bureau, paramilitary forces, police departments, forensic laboratories, and various government investigation agencies.

With growing concerns around document fraud, identity theft, illegal immigration, and forgery-related crimes, the introduction of Doculus Lumus technology marks an important step toward strengthening India’s internal security infrastructure through advanced forensic document examination capabilities.
The launch at Police Expo 2026 highlights P.S. Overseas’ commitment to bringing world-class security technologies to India and supporting government agencies with innovative solutions for document authentication and fraud prevention.
