Anugraha P has been appointed as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Chennai Port Authority, Chennai. The appointment has been made under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways.
According to the official order, the appointment has been made on a ‘lateral shift’ basis, moving from a Central Secretariat Service (CSS) post to a Non-CSS post.
The tenure of Anugraha P in the new role will continue up to September 3, 2029.
As CVO, he will be responsible for overseeing vigilance administration, ensuring transparency, and addressing corruption-related matters within the Chennai Port Authority.
