Bhuvnesh Kumar, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the 1995 batch of Uttar Pradesh, currently serving as the Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), has been ex-post facto entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
