Vivek Aggarwal IAS officer Madhya Pradesh 1994 batch who is presently posted as Additional Secretary, Department of Revenue has been given extension in central deputation tenure for period of two years i.e upto 10th February 2026

Mrs. Anuradha Thakur IAS officer Himachal Pradesh 1994 batch she is presently Additional Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has been given extension in central deputation tenure for period of one year

Alok Sharma, IPS officer Uttar Pradesh 1991 batch, presently Director SPG, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, has been promoted to DG level. The Centre has temporarily upgraded the post of Director SPG to DG level.

Mrs. Archana Agarwal IAS officer Uttar Pradesh 1990 batch she is presently posted as Member Secretary National Capital Region Planning Board has been given extension in upgradation of the post for period of one year.

Mrs. Sakshi Mittal IAS officer AGMUT 2010 batch she is presently posted as Additional Commissioner(MCD) has been transferred as Special Secretary to LG Governor of Delhi.

The deputation tenure of Anil Kumar Agrawal working as common CVO, Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited, ILK, HSL and SSL, Jaipur, has been extended for a further period of two years beyond March 31, 2024. He is a 1998 batch IPS officer.

Ajay Kumar Bhalla, Home Secretary, has been assigned an additional charge of Secretary, DoPT till February 25, 2024. He is a 1984 batch IAS officer of Assam- Meghalaya cadre.

Member CBDT Sanjay Verma is retiring in June. Who will be the new Member picture is not clear.

It is believed that empanelment of 1993 batch IAS to the rank of Secretary in the Government of India will take place soon. It will be the last batch to be empanelled by the Modi Government.
