In a major administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government has issued transfer orders for 44 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. Among the key appointments, Ashok Khemka has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) for the Transport Department, while Sumita Mishra takes over as ACS, Home, Jails, and Criminal Investigation Departments.
Anurag Rastogi has been appointed as ACS and Finance Commissioner Revenue (FCR) in the Finance Department, along with additional responsibility as ACS for the Disaster Management Department. Sudhir Rajpal will take charge as ACS for the Medical Education and Research Department and AYUSH, in addition to his current responsibilities as ACS for Health.
D Suresh has been shifted to serve as the Resident Commissioner of Haryana Bhawan in New Delhi and as PS for the Industries and Commerce Department. Shyamal Mishra has been assigned several key roles, including Chief Administrator of the Haryana Trade Fair Authority, CEO of Faridabad and Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authorities, and Principal Secretary of the Civil Aviation Department.
Other significant transfers include C.G. Rajini Kanthan as Transport Commissioner, Phoolchand Meena as Commissioner of the Ambala Division, and A Sreenivas as Commissioner of the Hisar Division and Managing Director of South Haryana Electricity Corporation. Anand Mohan Sharan has been posted as ACS for Environment, Forests, and Wildlife, while Vineet Garg takes over as ACS for Higher Education.
A number of officers have also received new responsibilities, such as Apoorva Kumar Singh as ACS for Town & Country Planning, Rajeev Ranjan with additional charge as PS for Labour, and Vijay Kumar Dahiya as Commissioner & Secretary for Printing & Stationery. Amneet P Kumar will hold additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary for Archives, while Mohammad Shayin has been appointed Commissioner & Secretary for Housing for All.
Several other officers have been assigned new roles, including Amit Kumar Agarwal as Commissioner & Secretary for Development & Panchayats, Sanjay Joon as CEO of Faridabad Smart City, and Ashima Brar as Commissioner & Secretary for Excise & Taxation. Additionally, A Sreenivas will handle the role of Commissioner for the Hisar Division, while Sanjeev Verma will serve as DG & Secretary for Sports.
Other transfers include Ashok Kumar Meena as MD of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitaran Nigam, Anshaj Singh as Commissioner of the Rohtak Division, and Yash Garg, who will also manage the role of Commissioner for the Food & Drugs Administration. Pankaj has been posted as Director of Urban Local Bodies, Monica Malik will handle the additional charge of MD for the Women Development Corporation, Rajesh Jogpal as Director for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, and Vinay Pratap Singh as Director of Human Resources. Nisha has been appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner for Panchkula.
