Ajay Kumar Singh has been appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Jharkhand Police Housing Corporation, Ranchi. In a significant reshuffling, Anurag Gupta, the Director General of Police (DGP) for the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), will now hold the additional charge of DGP and Inspector General of Police (IGP) for Jharkhand.
Furthermore, Ajay Peter Dungdung has been assigned as the Superintendent of Police (SP) for Deoghar, while continuing to hold the additional charge of Commandant, Jharkhand Armed Police-05, Deoghar. Additionally, Govind Lakra has been appointed as the Commandant of Jharkhand Armed Police-03 in Govindpur, Dhanbad, and will also take charge as the SP for Railways in Dhanbad. These appointments aim to strengthen the leadership and coordination within the state’s police and security forces.
