
NBCC (India) Limited, a premier public sector enterprise known for its construction and project management expertise, is celebrating a major milestone with the complete sale of its office space inventory at World Trade Center (WTC) Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi, and all retail and commercial space at Downtown Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi.
In the recent 27th e-auction, NBCC successfully sold 1.81 lakh sqft of unsold commercial space for Rs. 908.48 Crore. Of this, approximately 1.21 lakh sqft, valued at Rs. 596.25 Crore, was acquired by PSU/Government entities, while 0.60 lakh sqft, valued at Rs. 312.23 Crore, was purchased by private entities. The highest bid in the e-auction reached Rs. 62,261 per sqft, significantly surpassing the reserve price of Rs. 37,161 per sqft, underscoring the high demand for premium commercial real estate.
This achievement marks the full sale of the 32,87,567 sqft office space at WTC Nauroji Nagar, with a total value of Rs. 13,408.7 Crore. The distribution includes 23,00,942 sqft sold to PSU/Government entities, amounting to Rs. 9,307.65 Crore, and 9,86,625 sqft sold to private entities, valued at Rs. 4,101.07 Crore.
The World Trade Centre is a major redevelopment project featuring approximately 34 lakh square feet of commercial space, replacing 628 old quarters. Situated on 25 acres of land, the complex includes 12 towers, each with 10 floors, providing extensive space for business operations and expansion.
