The ambulance was flagged off from the World Trade Center, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi in the presence of NBCC’s Chairman and Managing Director Dr. K. P. Mahadevaswamy, Director (Finance) Anjeev Kumar Jain, and Chief Vigilance Officer Ritu Pandey.

The initiative aims to strengthen access to critical healthcare services in Hanle, a remote and high-altitude region where challenging terrain and limited healthcare infrastructure often make timely medical assistance difficult.
With the deployment of this ambulance, quicker emergency response and improved medical support for the local community will be ensured. The service is expected to play a vital role in addressing medical emergencies and enhancing healthcare accessibility in the region.
On the occasion, NBCC leadership reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to creating meaningful social impact through its CSR initiatives. By expanding healthcare access in remote areas, NBCC aims to improve the quality of life and ensure that essential medical services reach those who need them the most.
