In a meeting held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, the Board of Directors of NBCC (India) Ltd. approved the company’s financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2024. The company reported a significant year-on-year (YoY) growth in its performance, with a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs. 272.27 crore on a standalone basis, and Rs. 309.74 crore on a consolidated basis, reflecting a YoY growth of 45.02% and 48.51%, respectively.
For the half-year period ending September 30, 2024, NBCC recorded a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 210.32 crore on a standalone basis, and Rs. 232.33 crore on a consolidated basis, marking an impressive YoY increase of 41.73% and 45.84%, respectively.
NBCC, a leading government partner in infrastructure development, continues to see robust performance driven primarily by its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and Redevelopment business, which constitutes 90% of the company’s revenue. Real estate and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects contribute 2.5% and 7.5%, respectively, to the company’s standalone revenue.
The company’s strong financial results underscore its growing position as a preferred partner for infrastructure projects in India.
