In alignment with the ongoing ‘Swachhta Hi Seva’ fortnight, Power Finance Corporation (PFC) conducted a successful ‘Shramdaan’ activity today at its corporate office, gathering over 500 enthusiastic participants from the Ministry of Power, Power PSUs, and PFC itself.
The initiative was led by notable figures including Shri Srikant Nagulapalli, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Power; Smt. Parminder Chopra, CMD of PFC; and several Joint Secretaries from the Ministry. Key PFC directors, including Shri Rajiv Ranjan Jha, Shri Manoj Sharma, and Shri Sandeep Kumar, also participated in this significant event.
The ‘Shramdaan’ fostered teamwork and community engagement, as participants came together to clean and beautify the corporate office premises and surrounding areas. This initiative underscores PFC’s commitment to environmental sustainability and the government’s vision for a cleaner India.
During the event, Smt. Parminder Chopra highlighted the importance of collective efforts in maintaining cleanliness and protecting the environment. She stated, “Every small action counts, and together, we can make a significant impact.”
