New Delhi : S. Radha Chauhan (Retd IAS: 1988: UP), Former Secretary of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), has been appointed as the full-time Chairperson of the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) for a tenure of three years. A 1988 batch IAS officer from the Uttar Pradesh cadre, Chauhan has held several key positions in the Government of India. As the former Secretary of DoPT, she played a crucial role in civil service reforms and administrative capacity enhancement.
The Capacity Building Commission, a key institution under the Government’s Mission Karmayogi, aims to drive skill development and capacity building among civil servants to improve public service delivery. With her extensive administrative experience and a proven track record in governance and institutional innovation, Chauhan is expected to bring strong leadership to the commission.
