The Government of India has announced several significant changes in the postings of senior civil servants across various services and ministries:
Abhishek Kumar (IRS C&IT: 2015) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Textiles under the Central Staffing Scheme. His tenure will last for a period of four years.
Kamlesh Chaturvedi (IFoS: 1988: MP), who was serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.
Dr. Kiran Kang Sidhu (IPS: 2012: RJ) has been appointed as Superintendent of Police in the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D). She will serve in this position for a period of five years.
Neha Jain (IPS: 2022: WB) has been transferred from the West Bengal cadre to the AGMUT cadre on the grounds of her marriage to Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak (IAS: 2022: AGMUT).
