In a significant reshuffle, several senior IPS officers in Madhya Pradesh have been given new assignments. Umesh Joga has been appointed as Additional Director General (ADG) for the Ujjain Zone, while Rakesh Gupta will serve as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Chief Minister. Santosh Singh joins the team as the Commissioner of Police in Indore.
Additionally, Aditya Singh has been posted as Assistant Inspector General (AIG) at the Police Headquarters in Bhopal. Jagdish Dabar will take charge as Superintendent of Police (SP) in Barwani, Sampat Upadhyay has been appointed SP in Jabalpur, and Punit Gehlot steps in as SP for Dewas. These changes are expected to strengthen law enforcement and improve administrative efficiency across the state.
