V Srinivas, the current Secretary of the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and the Department of Pensions & Pensioners Welfare, has been assigned the additional responsibility of Secretary for the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT). He will hold this position from December 20 to December 25, 2024, during the period of absence on leave of the incumbent.
V Srinivas is an officer from the 1989 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), belonging to the Rajasthan cadre.
