Four IAS officers have been shifted and given new postings in W Bengal. Accordingly, Dr Rashmi Kamal has been posted as Secretary, Land and Land Reforms and Refugee Relief & Rehabilitation Department, while Vibhu Goel takes over as Director, Land Records and Survey and Mrs Dhivya Loganathan is now Special Secretary, Health and Family Welfare. Besides, Ms Akanksha Bhaskar was appointed as Additional District Magistrate (Basirhat), North 24 Parganas.
