S.H.K. Murti, an officer of the Indian Forest Service (IFoS) from the 2013 batch (AGMUT cadre), has been prematurely repatriated to his cadre. Currently, he is serving as the Deputy Director at the Forest Survey of India (FSI), Kolkata, under the Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change (MoEFCC). Murti’s repatriation is on personal grounds, with the condition of extended “cooling off,” a period during which he will be temporarily relieved from assignments outside his cadre.
