Sudha Singh, an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer from the 2006 batch of Odisha, who currently serves as the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) at the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), has been appointed as the Joint Director of CBI. Her appointment is for an overall tenure of seven years, extending up to July 28, 2026.
