In a series of administrative developments, the Government of India has made several key appointments and repatriations across various ministries and departments:
Hemant Sadashiv Borale (ITS: 2000), who was serving as Director in the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks (CGPDTM), Mumbai under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), has been repatriated to his parent department to avail the benefits of promotion.
V. Jaya Chandra Bhanu Reddy (IAS: 2011: TN) has been appointed as Director in the Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, New Delhi, for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge.
Saurabh Kumar (IAS: 2009: CG) has been appointed as Director in the Department of Revenue, New Delhi, for a tenure of five years.
Ankit Kumar (ISupplyS: 2015) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Heavy Industries, New Delhi, for a period of four years from the date of taking charge.
These appointments reflect the government’s ongoing strategy to strengthen key policy and administrative roles with experienced and dynamic officers across sectors including revenue, industry, animal husbandry, and intellectual property.
