In the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, India are taking on Pakistan today at the R. Premadasa Cricket Stadium. Pakistan won the toss and elected to bowl first, inviting Team India to bat.

Ishan Kishan played a brilliant knock of 77 runs off 40 balls, leading the charge.
Tilak Varma contributed 25 runs.
Hardik Pandya was dismissed for a duck.
Shivam Dube scored 27 before being run out.
Despite losing a few quick wickets in the middle overs, India managed to post a competitive total thanks to Ishan Kishan’s explosive innings.
