In a significant step toward bridging India’s skill gap and enhancing employability, NBCC has partnered with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to establish a Multi-Skill Training Institute (MSTI) and a Model Career Centre (MCC) in Ghitorni, Delhi. This collaboration aims to empower youth by providing industry-relevant skills and facilitating employment opportunities, thereby contributing to economic growth.
The training programmes are expected to have a positive impact on youth in Delhi and surrounding regions, ensuring they are equipped with skills aligned with evolving industry demands. Through career counselling, job fairs, and strong industry linkages, the initiative will not only facilitate direct placements but also create clear employment pathways.
Additionally, the programme will offer industry-aligned bridge courses focused on reskilling and upskilling youth, preparing them for the modern workforce in sectors such as retail, manufacturing, BPO, and logistics.
This initiative marks an important milestone in strengthening workforce readiness and promoting sustainable economic development.
