Deepak Mishra (IFoS: 1996: KL), who was serving as Joint Secretary in the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.
According to the official order, the repatriation has been approved to enable him to avail the benefit of promotion in his state cadre. Mishra is a 1996 batch officer of the Indian Forest Service (Kerala cadre) and was serving on central deputation in the department.
With this move, he will return to his parent cadre in Kerala to take up the promotional assignment in the state service.
