The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has empanelled 30 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers for holding the posts of Additional Director General (ADG) or ADG-equivalent at the Centre. The list includes 28 officers from the 1998 batch and two officers from the 1994 batch.

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of 30 officers from the Indian Police Service for appointment to the posts of Additional Director General (ADG) or ADG-equivalent at the Centre.
Out of these, 28 officers belong to the 1998 batch, while two officers are from the 1994 batch. Their empanelment makes them eligible for senior leadership roles in central police organizations, paramilitary forces, and other central agencies.
