New Delhi : The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the extension of the inter-cadre deputation tenure of Akshay Labroo (IAS: 2018: TR) from the Tripura cadre to the AGMUT cadre, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
According to a notification issued on Friday, Akshay Labroo’s deputation has been extended for a further period of one year beyond 17 February 2026. The extension has been granted in continuation of his ongoing assignment in the Union Territory, in line with existing rules and administrative requirements.
The notification was part of a series of appointments and cadre-related decisions released by the government on the same day.
