Ashish Vachhani (IAS: 1997: TN) has been appointed as Additional Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
Prior to this appointment, Vachhani was serving as Additional Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance. His transfer to the PMO marks a key administrative move, reflecting the Centre’s trust in his experience and capabilities in handling critical economic and governance matters.
