New Delhi : The Government of India has appointed Ashish Yadav (IDAS: 2012) as Director, 8th Central Pay Commission (CPC) on a deputation basis under the Department of Expenditure. The appointment has been made under the Central Staffing Scheme.
As per the official order, the tenure of Ashish Yadav will be co-terminus with the 8th Central Pay Commission. However, the appointment may be extended up to his admissible tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme, subject to approval.
The 8th Central Pay Commission plays a crucial role in reviewing the pay structure, allowances, and service conditions of central government employees and pensioners. As Director, Ashish Yadav will be responsible for overseeing key administrative and coordination functions of the Commission.
