Baranwal Varunkumar Jagdish Appointed as Private Secretary to Minister Piyush Goyal

Baranwal Varunkumar Jagdish (IAS: 2014: GJ) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Commerce & Industry, Piyush Goyal, for a tenure extending up to August 19, 2029.

Prior to this appointment, Baranwal was serving as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the same minister. His tenure as OSD has been prematurely curtailed to facilitate his new role as Private Secretary.
