Department of Justice: SKG Rahate retires, Goyal gets additional charge

Following the retirement of S K G Rahate (IAS: 1990: JH) the New Delhi establishment on Tuesday late evening assigned the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Justice (M/o Law & Justice) to Raj Kumar Goyal (IAS: 1990: AGMUT). Currently, Goyal is Secretary, Department of Border Management under the Ministry of Home Affairs. Goyal will hold the charge till the appointment of a regular incumbent.
