Ghanshyam Bansal (IPS: 2011: AGMUT), currently serving as Financial Adviser at the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) at the Deputy Secretary level, has been re-designated to the Director level.
This re-designation will remain effective up to 25th May 2028.
Mr. Bansal has been on Central deputation since 26th May 2023.
