Girish Kumar Borah appointed as Director (Tech), NRL

Girish Kumar Borah, CGM, NRL, has been appointed as Director (Technical), Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL). The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
