Gyanesh Kumar was looking after J&K and Ayodhya cells in MHA

Newly appointed Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar had worked in MHA as JS and Addl Secretary was looking after J&K and Ayodhya Cells. He oversaw the abrogation of Article 370.And after that he was looking after the Ayodhya Cell in the MHA. Kumar retired as Secretary Cooperative. Amit Shah was his boss in MHA and Cooperation ministry. He is a 1988 batch Kerala cadre IAS officer.
