In a significant development, Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) and National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) India have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for a landmark project in Noida Sector-62. The MoA was signed in the presence of Shri Sanjay Kulsherstha, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of HUDCO, and Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD of NBCC, along with senior officials from both organizations.
The project, spread across 10 acres, will feature an institutional complex that includes world-class offices, studio apartments, conference facilities, and retail spaces. It is a concept-to-commissioning initiative that aims to transform the region’s commercial landscape. The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2027, marking a significant milestone in urban infrastructure development.
