Kavinder Singh Negi, an officer of the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) from the 2015 batch, has been inducted into the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as Superintendent of Police (SP).
His deputation is for a period of four years, according to the official notification issued on Monday. The move is part of ongoing efforts to bolster the CBI’s investigative strength by bringing in skilled officers from various central services.
