New Delhi : The government on Thursday issued notifications announcing several senior-level appointments and one premature repatriation. The details are as follows:
Vivek Kumar Gupta (IRSE: 1988), currently serving as General Manager, Western Railway, has been appointed as Member (Infrastructure), Railway Board.
Manjusha Jain (IRAS: 1988), who was holding the post of Additional Member (Budget), Railway Board, has been appointed as Member (Finance), Railway Board.
Aruna Nayar (IRPS: 1987), Secretary, Railway Board, has been appointed as Director General (Human Resources), Railway Board.
Hitendra Malhotra (IRMS: 1987) (Electrical), Member (Operations & Business Development), Railway Board, has been appointed as Director General (Safety), Railway Board.
Hari Shankar Verma (IRMS: 1987) (Traffic), Director General (Safety), Railway Board, has been appointed as Member (Operations & Business Development), Railway Board.
Sudarshan Bhagat (IOFS: 2012), Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Coal, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.
These appointments and changes have been approved by the competent authority and will take effect as per the respective notifications.
