In a series of significant administrative appointments, the Government of India has approved postings of several senior officers across key ministries and departments:
Dr. Pooja Joshi (IAS: 2011: AGMUT) has been appointed as the General Manager, Tribal Co-Operative Marketing Development Federation of India (TRIFED) for the Bengaluru-South (Karnataka Region). She will serve under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs until 30th September 2026.
Tarul Dilip Bhavsar (IRS C&IT: 2015) has been posted as Deputy General Manager, TRIFED, Mumbai (Maharashtra Region) at the Deputy Secretary level. His tenure will be for a period of four years under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
Mohammed Y Safirulla K (IAS: 2010: KL) has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) for a five-year tenure.
Shyam Sundar Agrawal (ICoAS: 2011) has been assigned the role of Integrated Financial Adviser (IFA) at the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Delhi, under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). He will serve at the Director level for a period of five years.
Nivedita Swain (IRAS: 2010) has been appointed as IFA (Director level) in the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Delhi, also under the Ministry of Home Affairs, for a five-year term.
