In a series of key police reshuffles in Haryana, Saurabh Singh has been appointed as the new Commissioner of Police for Faridabad. His appointment is expected to bring new dynamics to the city’s law enforcement and security measures.
Ashok Kumar has been designated as the Inspector General of Police (IGP) for the South Range, Rewari, while Om Prakash has been made the new Inspector General (IG) for the Haryana Armed Police (HAP), Madhuban. These changes are part of a strategic move to enhance the effectiveness and coordination within the police forces in different regions of the state.
In addition to these appointments, Rajesh Duggal will take over as the Joint Commissioner of Police in Faridabad, further strengthening the leadership in the city’s police department. Meanwhile, Mohit Handa has been shifted to the position of Additional Inspector General (AIG) for Welfare at the Police Headquarters (PHQ), as well as the Superintendent of Police (SP) for the Haryana State Narcotics Control Bureau (HSNCB).
These leadership changes reflect Haryana’s continued commitment to improving law enforcement and public safety through capable and experienced police officers.
