Mahesh Chand Bairwa, an Indian Ordance Factories Service (IOFS) officer of the 2009 batch, has been appointed as the Director in the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) for a period of five years. In his new role, Bairwa will play a key part in the implementation of government initiatives aimed at the socio-economic development of India’s northeastern states.
