Meenakshi Negi, an Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officer of the 1989 batch (Karnataka cadre), has been repatriated to her parent cadre to avail the benefits of promotion. Currently, she serves as the Member Secretary of the National Commission for Women (NCW).
This move will enable her to benefit from the opportunities for career progression in her parent cadre, allowing her to continue contributing to the public service while advancing in her professional journey.
