Ms. A Neeraja has been designated as the Officer on Special Duty at the National Commission for Backward Classes, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. She will assume her new role, carrying the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India, on September 30, 2024. Ms. Neeraja is a 1990 batch Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officer, bringing extensive experience to her new position.
